WAYS TO HIRE
RTW is the go-to organization for workforce development with municipalities, government organizations, private businesses, and nonprofits. There are many ways to explore labor sourcing partnerships with RTW such as:
- RTW participants can be hired through RTW at a contracted rate for an interested employer. RTW can also cover workers’ compensation, liability insurance, transportation, and some equipment costs needed to perform the work.
- Companies can also hire a RTW participant directly as a company partner with the goal of long term employment, putting the RTW participant on a career pathway.
Successful outcomes result from the important work RTW does to advance the lives of our program participants, as well as the needs that are addressed for the companies and communities we serve. The mission of “changing lives through work”, can be realized with your help.
