Making a commitment to enter the Ready To Work program is a decision that has positive, lifechanging results. From the very day participants take this step – their commitment to make change begins with the opportunity to start earning pay through the 90-day transitional employment experience. As they adjust to the program demands, participants receive daily and weekly intensive case management services from RTW case managers. Often taking a multi-disciplinary approach, case managers aid participants in selecting a pathway that meets individual needs. Education, training, and a reentry toolkit are all provided. Self-help courses are available in-office and at the campus. Courses include life skills, financial management and literacy, general education, peer-support groups, and conflict resolution.
